The Law Office of Michael J. Belle seeks a full-time Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a real estate paralegal to be part of our Sarasota-based real estate law firm. This position involves supporting two busy attorneys on a daily basis. Certified Paralegal (CP), Florida Registered Paralegal (FLRP), and Florida Notary License preferred.

This is not an entry-level position. You must meet the below requirements to be considered.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift (Monday–Friday)

Education

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Paralegal: 5 years (Required)
  • Experience with ClosingVue, Qualia, or similar closing software (Preferred)

Position Summary

This role involves managing real estate files from start to finish, supporting attorneys with transactional work, and maintaining regular communication with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties. You will play a key role in keeping files on track and ensuring that all documents are prepared, filed, and delivered with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Experience using ClosingVue, Qualia, or similar closing software
  • Professional demeanor and appearance in all client interactions
