Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize ATS for managing candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Knowledge in utilizing a CRM/ATS for tracking candidate progress
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members.
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and understand their hiring needs.
• Experience with HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies is a plus but not required.
• Sales experience is beneficial as it enhances understanding of candidate engagement strategies.
