We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent team at Replit. You'll be a crucial player as the second coordinator on the team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our candidates, teams, and partners. You'll work closely with our recruiters, executive assistants, and hiring managers, helping us to ultimately scale our teams intentionally, efficiently, and effectively. What You'll Do Be the glue: Coordination is the glue that holds our recruiting process together. In this role you'll take ownership of end-to-end scheduling as candidates move through our process; managing complex calendars, requests, and different time zones. Develop strong relationships: You'll be supporting our hiring managers, recruiters, and our agency partners to ensure a smooth and efficient process with a white-glove level of service. The ultimate host: As we scale, we'll increasingly have multiple candidates visiting our Foster City office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You'll be handling the logistics with booking conference rooms, managing last minute changes, and ensuring a smooth onsite experience. You'll be the candidate's main point of contact while onsite, providing a warm and welcoming environment! Required Skills & Experience Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast paced high-energy environment Proficiency with Ashby, Google Suite, and Slack, familiarity with other recruiting tools is a plus! Adaptability - we move quickly and we're looking for someone who can re-prioritize and showcase flexibility with an evolving workload. Demonstrates an ownership mindset in everything they do. We're looking for someone who is solution oriented, proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and a top tier communicator!
