POSITION SUMMARY

This will be an in-office position located at the Regional Office in Hopkinton MA . The recruiter post positions, updates management, fills open positions by screening and setting up interviews, performs general administrative office assignments, and functions as a communication link to and within the healthcare unit as appropriate. They will work alongside the HR corporate team. This position will also be involved with HR responsibilities including but not limited to providing Human Resource Generalist support to all company personnel. This includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements.

REGIONAL RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Admin, or relevant field
• HR experience in recruiting, onboarding, understanding of MA state policies
  • Experience in human services or healthcare will be considered in lieu of HR or recruitment experience
• Expert in Microsoft 365
• Expert in Excel
• Strong grammatically correct and polite written and verbal communication skills

REGIONAL RECRUITER PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of ADP and Indeed
• Previous work or understanding of corrections, prisons or jails
