Looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing U.S. consultancy that helps small businesses become franchise-ready. We've scaled companies from <10 to 330+ locations and need someone who can handle our books plus specific client accounts.
What you'll do:
* Daily transaction imports and categorization in QuickBooks Online
* Bank reconciliations (including Stripe and PayPal) and month-end closes
* Handle payroll journal entries, AP/AR aging, and sales tax filings
* Build financial dashboards in Google Sheets and Monday.com
* What we need:
* 3+ years solid experience with QuickBooks Online (US GAAP preferred)
* Strong English skills (we communicate a lot)
* Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
* Detail-oriented and can work independently
What we offer:
* $12-20/hour based on experience
