Director of Restaurant Operations -
We are a rapidly growing fast/casual restaurant company based outside of metro Detroit. We are seeking an experienced Director of Restaurant Operations to enhance the performance of all our locations. Aside from great leadership, this job will require hands on, in store participation. If you are not looking to get your hands dirty in the field, this job may not be for you.
In this role, you will be overseeing the company's strategic and operational aspects - from menu development and financial management to process improvements and contract negotiations. Your responsibilities will include guiding the restaurant management team and Area Managers, ensuring their adherence to company processes and systems at the store level. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop long-term strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate should have senior managerial experience in a multi-unit restaurant and a proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets. Salary: $120,000-$150,000/year

## Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and mentor a team of managers to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve strategic goals
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to maximize value
## Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. 5 years preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related work experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through innovative solutions
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations for improvement
