We’re hiring a General Manager to join one of Camden’s top-performing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands.

What You’ll Do:
Run day-to-day operations with energy, urgency, and excellence
Lead and develop your team — coaching, hiring, and creating a winning culture
Ensure high standards in speed, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism
Drive performance goals and team accountability
✅ What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant leadership (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
Strong people skills — leads by example, not by title
Results-focused with strong follow-through
Can thrive under pressure and adapt on the fly
Reliable, organized, and confident in managing all aspects of a QSR
Open availability — including nights and weekends
Must pass a background check
