We’re hiring a General Manager to join one of Camden’s top-performing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands.

If you’re a dependable, hands-on leader with a track record of running smooth, high-volume shifts — this is your shot to level up with a brand that’s building fast and winning as a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Run day-to-day operations with energy, urgency, and excellence

• Lead and develop your team — coaching, hiring, and creating a winning culture

• Ensure high standards in speed, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting

• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism

• Drive performance goals and team accountability

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership (GM or Assistant GM preferred)

• Strong people skills — leads by example, not by title

• Results-focused with strong follow-through

• Can thrive under pressure and adapt on the fly

• Reliable, organized, and confident in managing all aspects of a QSR

• Open availability — including nights and weekends

• Must pass a background check
