About the Role:
Join First Response Restoration as a Restoration Insurance Estimator, where you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients recover from property damage. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our community in Hurricane, WV, and we need a skilled estimator to ensure accurate assessments and claims processing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess restoration needs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for insurance claims using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate the claims process.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain estimates and restoration processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimation and claims process.
• Document all findings and maintain organized records for each project.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an insurance estimator in the restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in restoration or insurance estimating is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
