Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting Wage: $17.00 - $22.00
Part?Time: Flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

Must possess a valid drivers license in your state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

What You Will Do

• Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity?based wage increases.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience desired in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team?oriented attitude.
• Encouraged applicants include those with no degree, returning to the workforce, military experience, or no inventory experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements

• Valid drivers license in state of residence, minimum 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre?employment investigative consumer report, pre?employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands for repetitive motions. You may be required to squat, kneel, or crouch frequently, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel via car and occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
