What youll do:
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff
Recruit, promote, and manage performance of team members
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and support MTM initiatives
Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records
Implement business strategies to drive growth and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or PharmD
Active New Mexico pharmacist license (license pending candidates considered)
1-3 years as a registered pharmacist
1-2 years management experience
APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certification required
Retail 340B experience preferred
