Job Description

Greenspoon Marder is seeking to hire a Revenue Management Coordinator which will support all of our offices nationwide. This position provides support to the Billing and Client Services Teams and is responsible for a variety of accounting duties related to billing and cash receipts, including ensuring accurate and timely payments, proper application of funds, and maintenance of the billing systems. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of cash receipts experience in a law firm or professional services, strong customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate and build successful relationships with professionals at all levels of the firm. Proficiency in MS Office is required, including at least intermediate Excel; advanced Excel and familiarity with Elite 3E are a plus. This is a hybrid role, which allows you to work remotely on specific days. Responsibilities Assist in receiving, reviewing, and entering/applying all daily cash receipts for payment of outstanding invoices due to the Firm Monitor and research short payments/overpayments to determine cause for discrepancy Process client payments via electronic payment software Apply retainer funds as directed by attorney or other members of the accounting team Reverse and re-apply cash receipts based on billing guidelines or attorney requirements Process AR write-offs in accordance with Firm policy Assist in the annual rate review process by uploading billing rates into the accounting system Process daily exception rates at the client and matter level at the instruction of the attorneys Maintain eBillingHub to ensure invoices are being received by clients, both via email and online billing portals, and email addresses are kept current Effectively interact and communicate with attorneys and clients Participate in special projects as assigned Benefits Heavily subsidized health insurance premiums Firm paid HSA contributions ranging from $600 to $1,200 annually Firm pays 100% of employee only premium for dental insurance and provides inexpensive options for dependents Firm pays 100% of employee only premium for vision insurance and provides inexpensive options for dependents Tax‑advantaged account options like Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts Life Insurance, paid by the Firm Long‑Term Disability Insurance, paid by the Firm Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Traditional and Roth 401(k) options from day one, eligible for discretionary Firm matching contribution Equal Opportunity Employer Greenspoon Marder is an equal‑opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
