Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN  Director ICU assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for nursing care for Critical Care and Rapid Response at Trident Medical Center. In this position you will implement, assess, evaluate, plan, develop and organize programs and services to assure our mission is achieved. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Required; Master’s Degree Nursing preferred
• A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross are required
• 5+ years of experience in critical care; 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Critical care certification preferred
