The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated EH&S Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include: Perform regular job site inspections to identify, document and recommend mitigation of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and verify corrective actions have been completed. Perform incidents investigations to include interviews, data compilation, photographs and completing proper documentation. Experience working on large projects in excess $10M range or higher. An in-depth knowledge of OSHA Regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and has knowledge of or can easily become proficient in software programs used by the project team (e.g., Touchplan, Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, etc.). Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in an Environmental Health and Safety Related field or 5+ years acting in a Safety Manager's role. Recognized Safety Professional Certification (Examples: BCSP (CSP, CHST, ASP, GSP)). 5+ years construction site safety management experience. Completion of OSHA 500 and 1st Aid/CPR/AED training.
