Our team specializes in the insurance restoration industry, providing roof inspections at no cost to homeowners recently impacted by inclement weather, causing damage to their homes. Job Responsibilities:

• Set up our free quote roof inspection appointments for the Project Managers by knocking door to door to generate business.
• Being the first point of contact for homeowners, you are tasked with making a great first impression in your local area.
• Log homes youve knocked in our CRM software.
• Other duties/responsibilities assigned as needed.

• $20 per hour base pay plus performance based commission
• Initial training as well as ongoing support from upper management. We invest in your success.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Thick skinned and driven type of personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Comfortable with door knocking in storm-impacted neighborhoods.

**During the training period you'll report to our main office in Freeburg, MO. After that, you'll only be required to come into the office on an as needed basis. Daily work will be in Jefferson City and its surrounding areas.**
