We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, automation, and personalized customer journeys.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Implement best practices for email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC.
• Collaborate directly with clients, necessitating strong client interaction skills.

A successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Preferably, hold Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
• Firm grasp of email marketing best practices.
• Skilled in building and executing complex marketing automation journeys using Journey Builder.
• Experience in data segmentation, targeting, and personalization using Ampscript and SQL.
• Background in integrating SFMC with CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and complete tasks based on briefs without close supervision.
• Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in Email Studio, Journeys, Automations, and Mobile Studio.
• SQL and Amp Script knowledge is a plus!
