Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Certified Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile practices within our software development teams. Key Qualifications Certifications: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) required. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years in software product development, with at least 5 years serving as a full-time Scrum Master. Proven experience working with teams developing full-stack commercial applications, cloud technologies, and products. Core Skills: Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and coaching. In-depth understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration/Testing/Deployment, and Automated Testing. Strong experience with Agile tools like GitLab, VersionOne/Digital Agility, and defect management tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure alignment between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-priority business objectives. Champion Agile practices, building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Utilize metrics and information radiators to provide clear, transparent communication about team performance and goals. Guide teams in Agile techniques such as story splitting, estimation, and velocity tracking. Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for feedback and team enhancement. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices to foster a high-performing environment. Maintain focus on delivering complex initiatives, spanning new products, customer applications, and technology enhancements within defined timeframes.
