Job Description
Forge Forward is seeking a Scrum Master/Team Lead to support an effort in both Charleston, SC and Norfolk, VA. Must have experience with Agile practices and methodologies. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) support or program management support of C4I systems. This position will be on-site . Only candidates who are US citizens with an active Secret clearance can be considered.
Act as Scrum Master/Team Coach for agile teams with interdisciplinary skillsets. The candidate will support 1-2 Agile teams operating under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) construct and be responsible for hosting Agile Scrum ceremonies. Leverage the Atlassian tool suite to track and manage work, remove obstacles to the team’s successful performance, and provide overall guidance and recommendations on SAFe best practices.
