Kimbrough Legal PLLC, a prominent law firm based in Austin, is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Senior Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Attorney, utilizing your extensive experience to secure the best outcomes for clients. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a successful background in family law litigation and trials, who can also provide mentorship to our team of associate attorneys.

*What Our Senior Attorneys Do*:

· Attend court hearings, conduct legal research, and offer expert legal advice.

· Maintain organized files to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members.

· Analyze legal conflicts, strategize solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

· Draft a variety of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Facilitate efficient communication among team members and clients.

· Oversee and manage billable hours, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

*What We Need From You:*

· Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

· Admission to the Texas Bar.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law cases within the state of Texas (non-negotiable).

· Evidence of valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

· Proficiency in tracking billable hours and utilizing technology effectively.

· Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.

· Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.

· Problem-solving skills and a commitment to results-oriented outcomes.

· Prior management experience or similar leadership roles preferred.

· Fast internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work.
