What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the change management project portfolio from development to execution
• Lead the agile change management team and oversee the creation and execution of project deliverables
• Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to prepare for organizational change
• Develop and implement effective change communication strategies and innovative learning programs
• Provide coaching and expertise in change management best practices to leaders and project teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in human resources, organizational development, business, healthcare administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
• Proven experience managing high-risk, high-cost full lifecycle projects
• Proficient in business productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
• Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent required within one year of hire

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• Experience in strategy development or strategic planning
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional matrix environment
