Job Title: Senior Critical Environment Technician – BAS & EPMS Specialist
Location: Onsite – Mt. Pleasant, WI
Contract Duration: 18 Months
Pay Rate Range: $40/hr. – $45/hr.
12-hour day shift, alternating 3/4 days.

Our client, a leader in data management and energy efficiency, is seeking a Senior Critical Environment Technician to support mission-critical operations. This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) , with strong emphasis on Schneider Electric PSO/PME and Siemens Design platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain BAS and EPMS platforms (Schneider PSO, PME, Siemens Desigo).
• Monitor system alarms, conduct trend analysis, and generate performance reports.
• Troubleshoot and validate equipment across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Apply ION programmability and analytics in PME for enhanced system insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

Top 3 Required Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric PSO/PME and Siemens Desigo platforms
2. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in critical environments
3. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and system schematics

Requirements:

• OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification (Required)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems within data centers, manufacturing, or similar critical infrastructure
• Flexible schedule availability (12-hour shifts, rotating days)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
