The Sr. Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing technical and industry knowledge to accelerate analytic insights and new feature enhancements to Pareto Intelligences risk adjustment solution suite. Additionally, the ability to understand / contribute to business requirements and documentation standards, supply critical thinking to deliverables, apply business acumen to findings, and operate in a team environment to accomplish desired deliverables will be vital to success. The Sr. Data Analysts collaborates with engineers, QA, Data Scientists and Product team members using agile methodology. This Analyst will also collaborates with our advisory and customer success team members to resolve bugs, identify long term solutions, and discuss requirements for new ideas. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and build extract-transform-load (ETL) workflow in SQL, Python and/or Pyspark to build datasets that will be used to develop analytic insights & methodologies to be incorporated into publication-ready visualizations using diverse sets of structured and unstructured data * Provides data analysis and model development support for the deployment of Paretos software solutions * Reasons independently to synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information * Utilize technical skillset to address market-driven business questions for empowering key stakeholders to improve government programs risk adjustment performance. * Works to continually develop and further Paretos quantitative and modeling skills, capabilities, and client offerings. * Collaborates with product management, client advisory, data science and operations on product visualizations, enhancements and debugging issues * Contributes to requirements gathering and recommendations that align with best practices and future state design EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * BS or BA degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, marketing analytics, MIS, computer science, engineering, healthcare field with proven experience exhibiting data and analytical proficiency * 5+ years of Strong SQL querying experience both creating and updating ETL workflows and stored procedures * 5+ years of experience with analytics, database, or business intelligence in the healthcare field Convey Health Solutions is a leading Healthcare Technology and Service Provider dedicated to drive health plan growth and member engagement by leveraging proprietary technology and processes.
