Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of provider relations or contracting experience, preferably in a managed care or Medicaid environment. Previous experience leading major projects and change initiatives preferred. Previous management experience including responsibility for hiring, training and managing performance of staff.
Candidates must be in/near the New York City area to be considered for this role. This role is hybrid. The Senior Director will be expected to be in the Long Island City office 2-3 days a week and to attend provider-facing meetings in the field.Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year
