Position: Senior Director of Human Resources

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site

Reports To: Executive Director

We're looking for a trailblazing Senior Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and help shape a bold, people-first future.

Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Human Resources is a visionary leader responsible for designing and executing progressive HR strategies that fuel innovation, nurture a dynamic culture, and drive organizational performance. We're looking for a creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and redefines what's possible in HR.

This is not your traditional HR role - it's about pushing boundaries, leading with empathy, and building a workplace where people are empowered to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and mentor the HR Director Level team in areas of talent acquisition, training, benefits and employee relations.
• Mentor Directors of recruiting, employee relations, training and benefits to attract, retain, and grow top-tier talent.

Candidate Experience Requirement:

Qualified candidates will be offered a Zoom interview to present the following as part of the interview process:

1. Three Experiences in each Human Resources area:

• Talent Acquisition
• Training & Development
• Benefits Administration
• Employee Relations
• Candidates must describe three notable employee relations issues they directly managed, where their leadership and decision-making: Reduced agency or organizational risk
• Presentations should highlight the context, approach, outcome, and lessons learned for each case.

These examples will help assess strategic thinking, sound judgment, risk mitigation, and leadership in complex HR situations.

• Deep knowledge of employee relation practices, talent development, learning and benefits.
• Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and influence skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR goals with organizational strategy.
• Passion for disrupting outdated systems and building inclusive, future-ready workplaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including managing HR teams and organizational change.
