Reports to: Vice President, Software Development
Purpose: The Senior Project Manager leads the Specialty Pharmacy team's project portfolio. This role drives project success through effective project management and leadership, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and manages relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Leads and manages the Specialty Pharmacy project portfolio, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals and objectives.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manages project scope and identify potential risks and issues, working with the project team to mitigate them.
- Communicates project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, IT, finance, and clinical teams to ensure project success.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides project management guidance and support to project managers within the team.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or technology related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project success.
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications: - PMP certification or equivalent
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. When in-office this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and communications via MS Teams.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and see a computer screen.
