Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Background in Java and GCP environments; familiarity with React front-end technologies.
Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Job Description
A large retail client in Memphis, TN is seeking a high motivated Scrum Master to lead agile development efforts for a strategic international B2B retail initiative. This role will be based in Memphis, TN, supporting the replication and integration of Mexico and Brazil websites/applications into the U.S. ecosystem.
This Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams located in Mexico and the U.S., overseeing the development of applications including:
B2B Store Application
Customer Management
Order Fulfillment
Returns Application
Picking Application
Pricing and Delivery Management

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for a distributed team of engineers (U.S. and Mexico), facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Collaborate with the Director of IT Commercial and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure seamless integration of Mexico and Brazil applications with U.S. systems.
Coordinate with technical leads and engineers across multiple domains (Java, GCP, React, C++, JavaScript).
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
