What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻:

  • 360- full cycle recruiter responsible for generating new business and recruiting positions.
  • Responsible for generating new business through leads, project chasing, following market activity in the news, and obtaining referrals from candidates and clients.
  • Sell retained search recruitment methodology and secure the client’s commitment to partner exclusively with NES on recruited searches.
  • Develop and build long-term strategic client relationships through phone, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Secure and attend client visits through video (Microsoft Teams/ Zoom) or face-to-face.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a permanent hire basis.
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates within specialized disciplines and sectors.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates within your specialized discipline and sector.
  • Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications and job requirements.
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates and manage multiple complex selling opportunities.
  • Recruit and place positions secured through personal or team efforts.
  • Attend one (1) networking event a quarter, virtual or face-to-face.

What We’re Looking For 🔍👀:

  • 6+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred).
  • 360 full-cycle desk experience or previous sales experience required.
  • Outgoing and confident personality.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Ambitious and hungry to be successful.
