**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to be based in our Boston, MA office to work on projects involving the structural design of buildings and structures for a variety of clients.
The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for the following items:
+ Serve as a Senior technical resource and may serve as technical advisor for team
+ Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise
+ Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others
+ Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables
+ Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects
+ Uses expertise in all steps of completing the discipline component of PS&E packages
+ Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings
+ Prepares technical specification sections
+ Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements :
+ BS in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline plus six (6) years of related experience in structural design of buildings and structures or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
+ Must have ETABS, SAP, SAFE & AutoCAD, experience to qualify for this position
+ PE License in Civil/Structural engineering
Preferred Qualifications :
+ Experienced in structural analysis modeling and design using finite element analysis method
+ Specific software experience in RAM Structural, and, TEDDS, Mathcad, SpecsIntact, spColumn, spBeam, spWall, Enercalc
+ Microstation & Revit experience are highly desirable
+ Masters in Structural Engineering
+ Ten (10) years experience preferred

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $105,000.00 - $145,000.00.
