Job Summary:

The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing our clients' websites to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role focuses on keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and ensuring websites align with best practices to enhance visibility on search engines like Google. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency setting. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical skills to drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic across multiple search engines.
• Keyword Research & Analysis : Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• On-Page Optimization : Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings and ensure optimal user experience.
• Technical SEO : Conduct technical SEO audits, addressing issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexation, and mobile optimization.
• Link Building : Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and overall search engine rankings.
• Content Strategy : Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO, providing recommendations for keyword inclusion and structure.
• Performance Reporting : Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and report on SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Stay Updated : Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new SEO techniques to maintain the competitiveness of our SEO efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience :
  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
  • Experience in technical SEO , including site audits, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience with link-building strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO reporting and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is preferred.
• Soft Skills :
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay current with evolving SEO trends and best practices.
