Position: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Remote (Preference for local candidates; if not local, candidates should be willing to cover travel expenses to Cleveland a few times a year.)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for hire
Compensation: Competitive rate, inclusive of all expenses

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management initiatives.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within ServiceNow.
Stay current with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications:
Must possess a ServiceNow Administrator Certification; Certification in ITSM is preferred.
A minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow platform.
Strong desire to learn new skills and contribute to team leadership as you grow in your role.
Availability:
Candidates should be available to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
