Shipping and Receiving Associate — $22–$26/hr | Goleta, CA

We’re seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Goleta, California. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Please Note:
Applications will not be considered if you do not meet the minimum requirement of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

Location: Goleta, CA

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders

Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized

Communicate effectively with team members and vendors

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience (REQUIRED).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping software

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
