Shuttle Driver Overview:
As a shuttle driver you may be the first and last point of contact for the hotel, therefore the shuttle driver plays a very important role in the overall guest experience. Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor is a must. You will operate the hotel shuttle transporting our guests to meetings , airports, and surrounding attractions.
Responsibilities include :
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Help to load and unload any luggage.
Provide safe transportation by adhering to all state and federal safety regulations.
Coordinate proper drop off and pick locations.
Assist all passengers in and out of the vehicle.
Have a working knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations.
Job Requirements:
