Shuttle Driver Overview:

As a shuttle driver you may be the first and last point of contact for the hotel, therefore the shuttle driver plays a very important role in the overall guest experience.  Greeting guests with  a warm and welcoming demeanor  is a must.  You will operate the hotel shuttle transporting our guests to  meetings ,  airports, and surrounding attractions. 

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.

• Help to load and unload  any luggage.

• Provide safe transportation by adhering to all state and federal safety regulations.

• Coordinate proper drop off and pick locations. 

• Assist all passengers in and out of the vehicle. 

• Have a working knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations. 

Job Requirements:

• Able to work as a team and  independently.

• Ability to follow instructions.
