As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech/language therapy to patients in their homes or facilities. Your responsibilities include evaluating, directing, and administering therapy while collaborating on care plans and reporting patient progress. This role requires a current SLP license, experience in home health, and strong communication skills.
