Job Description
The Exclusive Spa is a new luxury wellness destination offering guests private access to top-tier amenities. We're seeking a hands-on, experienced Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations, uphold the highest service standards, and help bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Manage and coordinate cleaning crews and maintenance schedules
Ensure the facility is clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
Monitor daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
Proactively identify and solve issues to maintain high service standards
Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Maintain opening and closing procedures and facility security protocols
Work closely with ownership on feedback, staffing, and improvements
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in spa, hotel, or luxury wellness
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
