Sr. Affera Mapping Specialist, Cardiac Ablation Solutions Join Medtronic as a Sr. Affera Mapping Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming lives through advanced medical technology. This role involves working with a collaborative team to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and electrophysiological systems, impacting global healthcare. The position is flexible in location (PA, NJ, DE) and offers various levels based on experience. Responsibilities include: Providing clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems. Educating hospital staff on CAS products and procedures. Promoting safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products. Supporting sales objectives and developing customer relationships. Collaborating with sales and clinical teams for training and strategy. Representing Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff. Sharing expertise as a regional champion. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma with 8+ years of related experience, or Associate degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation. Preferred qualifications: B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, or life sciences with 4+ years experience. Proven technical training experience. Experience in cardiac ablation, EP lab, or medical sales support. Willingness to travel more than 25%. Additional requirements: Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation. Must be within the territory daily, with occasional travel outside territory. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.
