Responsibilities:
Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking members' goals
Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service, e.g., participate in making "Reels"
Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Requirements:
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client, desired
Fitness certification required from any of the areas mentioned above, or a graduate in Kinesiology, or other Exercise degrees
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
Has fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
Must be available to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program™, which includes 10 hours of online tutorials prior to FTP and log 20 hours of practice.
