Studio Support Intern (college/university credit only)

Bang Zoom! Studios Internship Program caters to individuals seeking hands-on post-production experience in the entertainment industry. Bang Zoom! Studios specializes in creating English versions of popular anime/animation and localizing video games for a Western market. We also do voice-over recording, casting, and sound design for video games, movies, television, commercials, and other media.

(Please note that we are not related to the music industry or pre-production)

Important: This is an unpaid internship for college/university credit only. You must be enrolled in a college/university/academic program to qualify. The program gives priority to those who need an internship for graduation credits.

We're seeking outgoing individuals interested in learning about post-production sound in film, television, and anime. Knowledge of anime and Japanese culture is highly desired. We prefer an individual who is motivated, a self-starter, and someone capable of juggling many responsibilities at once. We require a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week, 8 hours a day, with a minimum commitment of 10 to 13 weeks. We have 3 locations, so you will need your own vehicle to travel back and forth between them.


Duties:

• Covering Front Desk and providing Support to all studios within that building
• Assisting production coordinators with assigned tasks
• Assisting the Office Manager and Support Team with tasks
• Assisting with script work, loop counts, etc.
• Assisting with client services
• Maintaining studio cleanliness and functionality
• Managing daily supplies and restocking
• Assisting with Animation Dept/Video dept
• Other duties added by the Internship Coordinator
