Job Description

Position Summary

Crowned Athletics is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern for Summer 2025 to assist with various marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on standing up our Influencer Management Program. This role could also support photoshoot/model coordination, social media data tracking, event management, and seasonal retail team setup.

This position is remote, but the ideal candidate will be based in Orlando, FL, to work with our Social Media Manager in person as needed. The role is part-time (10-20 hours per week) and offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in influencer marketing, branding, event coordination, and retail operations.

**This is a 1099 Contractor position**

Required Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year (expected graduation in 2026 or 2027).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, branding, and event coordination.
  • Based in Orlando, FL, with the ability to meet in person as needed.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with influencer outreach, brand partnerships, or social media marketing.
  • Interest in retail management and event coordination.
  • Passion for Disney, fitness, and the Crowned Athletics brand.

Schedule & Location

  • 10 Week Summer Internship (6/2/2025 - 8/15/2025)
  • Part-time (10-20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
  • Remote position, but ideally based near Orlando, FL for in-person meetings as needed (located within a 30 minute commute to Walt Disney World)
  • Available for virtual meetings and in-person/on-site activities as needed

Job Responsibilities

Influencer Management and Program Development

  • Develop outreach templates, guidelines, and best practices for influencer collaboration.
  • Assist in creating an Influencer Management Manual detailing the full process of influencer partnerships, from outreach to campaign execution and reporting.
  • Help track influencer campaign performance and compile reports on engagement and ROI.
  • Research and identify influencers who align with the Crowned Athletics brand.

Photoshoot & Model Coordination

  • Research and identify potential models and brand ambassadors for Crowned Athletics campaigns.
  • Develop outreach templates and best practices for model collaboration.
  • Assist in creating a Photoshoot Coordination Manual outlining our model selection process, scheduling, outfits, and shoot-day logistics.
  • Help schedule and communicate with models, photographers, and creative teams. Track outfits and monitor which items have shipped and/or been delivered to ensure everything is prepared for shoots.
  • Ensure shot lists are followed and all necessary content is captured.
  • Organize post-shoot content, ensuring images and videos are easily accessible for social media & graphic design use.

Social Media Data Tracking & Trending:  

  • Monitor engagement trends across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads).
  • Track key social media metrics and compile insights for campaign adjustments.
  • Identify emerging trends and suggest ways to integrate them into Crowned Athletics' strategy.

Event Planning Support:  

  • Transform the existing Volunteer Management Guide into a Retail Team Management Guide, ensuring clear processes for recruitment, training, and expectations of retail team members at Pop-Up events.
  • Assist in logistics planning and coordination for Crowned Athletics Pop-Up Shops and events.
  • Support vendor communication, scheduling, and event planning documents.
  • Help track budgets, timelines, and inventory needs for upcoming events.
  • Provide remote administrative support to the Events Manager and team.
