Our client, a prominent and fast-growing law firm with a focus on personal injury and property damage, is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Systems Support Engineer to enhance their IT team. This role offers the opportunity to support end users in the effective use of various software applications, ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations across the company.

The role includes troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading software applications, contributing to the development and implementation of new applications, and supporting the ongoing needs of business operations.

Focus:

• Provide technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring efficient and effective software usage across the organization.
• Troubleshoot software and application issues, working closely with internal stakeholders, including development teams and business units.
• Assist in software testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve user proficiency with internal applications.
• Analyze recurring technical issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices to enhance knowledge-sharing.
• Research new software solutions to support business objectives and technological advancements.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies preferred.
• Strong expertise in enterprise and desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide user-friendly explanations of technical concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and providing mentorship to junior legal staff.
