US Medical Staffing Inc. has partnered with West Chester School District to assist them with finding school-based staff who are interested in working with children who attend their district schools. The positions are located in the West Chester & Exton areas, and we can be flexible with start and end times depending on your schedule.
Currently we are seeking the following types of candidates:
· Classroom Aide
· Teaching Assistant
· Paraprofessional
· Behavior Health Worker
· Direct Care Worker
· Teacher
We have positions that are during the school day starting as soon as possible, and they continue through the entire school year. We are interested in any candidates who would like to work in the West Chester School District regardless of experience. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for children, and those that wish to work during the school day. We do also offer summer work to those that are interested in working rather than taking that time off during the year.
Position Responsibilities:
· Providing one-on-one support to a child during the school day
· Working with the teacher in a classroom to assist with daily activities
· Positive re-direction to the children
· Assistance with classroom and instructional activities
· Mentorship and being a positive role model
The hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8am-2:45pm or 3pm depending on the school you are interested in.
