DESCRIPTION:

We are searching for a highly innovative Technical Team Leadto join our client at McLean, VA.

We are seeking a creative, hands-on, hardworking engineer as our Technical Team Lead. As a Technical Lead, you will be working on a wide range of Innovation Projects such as Mobile Application Development, Full Stack Development and Machine Learning. You will bring solid experience in traditional and emerging technologies such as:

·Microservices Development

·Spring Boot

·Mongo

·Node

·React Native

·Angular

·Machine Learning

·Data Engineering

·AWS/Google Cloud Platform

You will be leading the Tech Strategy Team that supports business teams to innovate by evolving ideas into experiments and concepts into products through Lean Product Development and Agile Methodologies.

In this role, you will be working on the latest cutting-edge tools and technologies as a first mover based on technology trends and in alignment with business objectives. You will be researching, learning and implementing innovative, creative and cost-effective ways to safely introduce new technologies to the company environment.

You will be part of a dynamic Agile development team at the company. You will gain knowledge of technology while enhancing your own competencies, by:

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.

·10 to 12 years of experienceengineering awesome solutions

·4 to 5 years leadingmodernized development teams

·At least 5+ years of experience developing front end & orchestration layers’ technologies: Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Angular/React, Node JS, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, and CSS

·5+ years of experience in database technologies - MongoDB, Postgres

·3+ Experience developing with large microservice based architectures, container orchestration frameworks: Kubernetes; Amazon EKS

·2+ years of experience using DevOps (CI/CD) Jenkins, Github, Bitbucket, Spinaker, Junit, Selenium, Cucumber JS unit testing library

·Experience with AWS/Azure/Google

·Experience managing and growing talent

·Experience with Machine Learning tools is a bonus
