Job Title: Tenant Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Del Mar
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 annually

Position Summary

An established real estate firm is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to support the delivery of tenant improvement and construction projects across multiple properties. The role serves as a link between internal teams, tenants, and external partners to ensure projects are well-coordinated, completed on time, and aligned with company standards and lease requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant improvement and landlord work from initial planning through project completion.
• Support leasing and project management teams with schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Review design drawings and project specifications for accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate communication among tenants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor construction progress and assist with resolving field or design issues.
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, and reports.
• Assist with financial tracking, invoices, reimbursements, and approvals.
• Contribute to process improvements and project tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in tenant coordination, construction, or commercial real estate project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project software
• Familiarity with design documents, leases, and construction terminology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
