Banyan Treatment Centers is currently recruiting for a full-time Transporter to join our team in Baldwinville, Massachusetts. They are responsible for safe transportation of clients and assist the Behavioral Health Technicians with headcounts, 1:1, and monitoring client behavior when not conducting transports. Ideally, the Transporter has excellent de-escalation skills.

Schedules Available:

• Must be flexible with availability and willing to work over-time if needed.
• 8-hour shifts
• Different schedules available.
• Wednesday - Saturday 11am-9:30pm
• Night-shift availability is a plus!

The Transporter is responsible for providing safe transportation of all Banyan Treatment Centers clients in Texas. They assist the Behavioral Health Technicians with headcounts, 1:1, and monitoring client behavior when not conducting transports. Ideally, the Transporter has excellent de-escalation skills.

Qualifications:

• 3 months of work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health and/or an associate degree; required.
• Maintains a valid Driver License ( less than 3 points)- MUST BE 21+ (Insurance Requirement).
• Qualifies for level II clearance through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
