We\nare seeking a full-time Trauma Surgeon/Surgical Intensivist/Acute Care Surgeon\nto join our team at a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center in the metropolitan\nPhoenix, AZ area. This immediate practice opportunity is ideal for a\nfellowship-trained surgeon who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary\nenvironment providing comprehensive surgical care.

Position\nHighlights:

• Work\nin a designated Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center delivering a full spectrum of\nsurgical services.

• \n\nCollaborate\nwith a highly skilled team and report directly to the Chief of Trauma and the\nChair of the Department of Surgery.

• \n\nContribute\nto a robust academic and research-oriented environment, including teaching\nresponsibilities and opportunities for health services, translational, or basic\nscience research.

Requirements:

• M.D.\nor D.O. from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.

• \n\nCompletion\nof an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency and surgical critical care\nfellowship.

• \n\nBoard\nCertified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery\nand Surgical Critical Care.

• \n\nProven\nexpertise in emergency surgery, surgical critical care, and trauma patient\nmanagement.

• \n\nA\ndemonstrated record of teaching and research experience.
