Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with active licensure for a day shift rehabilitation position.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation setting
• Day shift schedule
• Responsibilities include treating geriatric and rehab patients under OT supervision
• Utilizes computer programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care for documentation
• Provide patient treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Train Restorative Aides and participate in facility in-service programs
• Support discharge planning and caregiver education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license required if applicable
• Proficiency with data entry and use of Casamba and Point Click Care systems
