LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Santa Rosa, California.

Travel Registered Nurse – Outpatient Infusion Clinic

Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days, 5×8 (Shift between 6:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Pay Package: $2581/week Gross

 

Role Overview

This outpatient infusion assignment supports a high-volume clinic providing care for patients receiving infusion therapies. The RN will work independently and collaboratively with providers to deliver safe and efficient patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies and injections per provider orders.
• Monitor patient responses and document in EMR (Epic).
• Manage infusion schedules and assist with patient flow.
• Provide patient education related to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Float to similar outpatient units as needed.

Requirements

• Active California RN license (must be in hand).
• Minimum 1 year infusion or outpatient experience .
• BLS certification required.
• First-time travelers not accepted .
• Ability to work variable day start times as assigned.
• RTO must be submitted at time of application.

Additional Details

• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Free parking.
