Treasury & M&A Finance Lead

Overview:

Seeking a finance professional to lead treasury operations and support M&A activities. This role focuses on daily cash management, debt compliance, and strategic financial analysis, while also contributing to integration efforts and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positions, forecasting, and treasury modeling.
• Oversee debt agreements, payments, compliance, and leverage ratio tracking.
• Maintain banking and merchant service relationships; manage account openings/closings and fee structures.
• Complete insurance applications and coordinate related data collection.
• Create lender and board materials, including presentations, scripts, and backup analysis.
• Lead treasury integration during M&A, including transitions in banking and insurance.
• Support deal evaluations through financial modeling (DCF, accretion/dilution, comps, sensitivity).
• Assist with due diligence and develop executive-level reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Proven attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and communicate complex data clearly.
