About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Online Growth Marketing to spearhead the strategy and execution of online growth initiatives and the customer journey from showroom to online. The successful candidate will be responsible for new customer acquisition, customer acquisition cost, and online revenue per subscriber from showroom customers. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling online customer acquisition and retention for high-growth omni-channel brands, particularly in the consumer products sector. The VP will be the driving force behind the online growth strategy, leveraging digitally native channels and emerging platforms to capture and grow sales, and will be expected to continuously optimize performance through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance tracking. Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in digital growth marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, customer journey, email funnels, and e-commerce optimization. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, as the VP will be working closely with various teams to ensure that customer journey strategies align with business goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating data insights into effective marketing strategies and will be able to provide transparent metrics, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership. A key aspect of the role is the ability to inspire confidence in the company's numbers and narrative, and to identify and evaluate new tools, vendors, and platforms that can enhance growth outcomes.
