Section where will be render the block of third level menu The Young Men's Ultimate Weekend (YMUW), an organization committed to guiding young men aged 13-20 through a pivotal stage of adolescence, is actively searching for a committed and innovative individual to join our team as a Volunteer Marketing Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in bolstering our marketing endeavors, increasing awareness of our programs, and advocating for our mission of nurturing compassionate relationships and personal development. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote YMUW's programs and initiatives.
2. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
3. Create and curate content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and press releases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, workshops, and presentations.
5. Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Monitor and track marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
8. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for the mission and values of YMUW.
2. Previous experience in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
5. Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
