Overview Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a facility in Summerville, SC. The Warehouse Associate will be called as needed and responsible for unloading trucks, sorting materials, wrapping, palletizing and other duties as needed.
Warehouse Associate Highlights Location: Summerville, SC
Schedule: As needed, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $17-18 Depending on experience
Environment: Warehouse
Duties and Responsibilities - Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
- Wrapping, boxing, and labelling
- Weighing or counting items for shipment to customers
- Reading production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
- Must follow all procedures and process to fulfill the orders
- Maintaining inventory records and assisting in keeping inventory accurate
- Willing to work other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be able to bend, twist, lift etc. 50-60 lbs.
- Willing to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
Requirements and Qualifications - Must have 1 year of warehouse experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes repetitively (25-35lbs)
- Well organized
