Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer

Company: Laundry Owners Warehouse

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm

Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and vacation

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the flow of products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About Us:

Laundry Owners Warehouse, a leading supplier of commercial laundry equipment, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay, providing an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

· Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to order slips. Ensure products are prepared for shipping on time.

· Quality Control : Inspect products for defects or damage before packing. Ensure that all items meet quality standards and report any issues to the supervisor.

· Labeling and Documentation: Apply shipping labels, complete required paperwork, and ensure correct documentation for shipments.

· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments.. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.

· Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards. Contribute to optimizing the layout to enhance efficiency in order picking.

·Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse associates, sales, and administration teams to facilitate smooth operations, meet daily productivity goals, and address any operational issues.

.  Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations and meet team goals.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
